Companies wishing to present at the conference program should select their preferred date and time for the presentation from the Conference Program Schedule, and send the presenter’s details and the presentation topics in both Turkish and English to berke.genc@artkim.com.tr They need to make a reservation for their slot in the Conference Program.
The entry and exit times for exhibition participants will be between 09:00 and 19:00.

Cleaning services for general areas and corridors in the halls during the exhibition will be provided by Artkim Fuarcılık. If participating companies wish to have their stand interior cleaned by someone other than their own staff, they can request this through the online system.
You cannot dismantle any part of your stand, either fully or partially, before the official closing time of the exhibtion.
